Theme and iconset were from deviantart, XPize was posted on another forum I read a while ago and Y'z dock came from a quick google. The wallpapers from deviantart too.

UXTheme patch - allows you to install 3rd party windows themes onto XP
DeviantArt VS - loads of themes to install - just download, extract, and double click the .msstyle to install
XPize - chanages a load of animations, icons and other stuff to make XP look nicer
