Is there anything bad about the covid vaccine?

Just to clarify I am not an anti vax and I’ve had all 3 shots.

but I obviously do worry about long term side effects e.g fertility

I also think it was developed so quickly surely there are bound to be mistakes made??

I guess it’s somewhat reassuring knowing that if there are some effects - the majority of the population would experience them too but idk sometimes I wonder if any vaxers must have a valid point somewhere??
