Where do we go from here

If anyone has watched the documentary Plastic Defense(by popular front on ytube) or done research will realize how revolutionary this is whether it be for good or bad. The guy in the doc unfortunately died but like any movement ideas don't die and from what I've gathered the firearm he designed is now being used in Burma. Don't know much about whats going on there. What do you all think about Deterrence Dispensed and to clarify, I don't condone breaking any laws given the UK have already jailed one guy for 3d printing a firearm.

I want to add a quick overview of the documentary for those who haven't watched it
It stars JStark1809 (now passed) talking about the right to bear arms and how everyone anywhere in the world can now make a firearm made from all unregulated parts mainly consisting of 3d printed parts. He talks about his design, the FGC-9, Deterrence dispensed, then towards the end fires the FGC-9 while interviewer (Jake Hanrahan) asks him questions.

Where do we go from here then?

I mean this in the aspect of law enforcement
You would have to regulate or ban all parts used in the firearm, is that really possible
You cant regulate people talking anonymously on the internet and with that comes sharing 3d printable firearms.
Then again, its already illegal to make and bear arms in the UK without a license
