We have ~30 daily cases (<10 in the community) but the measures were tightened, with restaurants closing at 6pm and some designated venues closing. The government is going to send all students home and have all offices working from home.
We almost ran out of quarantine places as it is now more likely for people to be sent to quarantine. This flight ban allows more available quarantine places.
Everyone is so cautious here. On a subway train I just rode, half of the seats were not taken. The carriage was like <20% full.
