Help! I don’t get these answers can someone walk me through them

Its very straight forward, each curley arrow, you are effectively reducing the bonding order by 1 from the base of the arrow and increasing the bond order by 1 where the arrow is pointing.

Just start with the first simple example and draw a line where the arrow ends up and remove one from where it started.
