Access to a computer (Disabled Student Allowance)
Does anyone know if there is a program like the Disabled Student Allowance? (I don't have access to a computer I have been using the computers at school but I can only do those during school. My local library has a 90-minute limit for using the computers which is my I need the money for a computer.)

Have you spoken to the student welfare officer at your school about your position? There are schemes that are means tested, but someone who works in the institution you're in will be better suited to helping you given that they will know what area you are in and your circumstances a lot better than we will!
