If I have 2 samples and I want test the difference for non normally distributed same

Hello ,
So I have a larger samples larger n>100 . I want to test a different for between two samples that's not normally distrusted. What dtatical test do I use? The samples are independent or each other. Is man whitney test correct? But I only know that for small samples, not a t test because the data is not normally distributed

Mann whitney is a commonly used non-parametric test to see if the two samples means are different or not. So if you are sure the data isn't similar to a normal distribution, then it would be a sensible choice.
