Ahh I see…. But why is m equal to 200 then??

You're trying to find the value of the parameter k by using the information that the amount of caffeine halves in 5.7 hours. So 400mg is the initial amount (m_0), 200mg is the amount once it's halved, and you know that t = 5.7 at this point. So you can set up an equation to get the value of k. Is this not clear from the markscheme?
