Start by writing an equation for this reaction.

Remember that under the same temperature and pressure, one mole of any gas will occupy a specific volume. That means that the volume of the hydrogen will be directly proportional to the corresponding coefficient (number in front) in the equation and that the volume of ammonia produced is directly proportional to its coefficient.
