You could make an FOI Request [1], e.g https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/statistics_and_demographic_break#incoming-2371376 was (kind of) successfully made last year. I would estimate that roughly 1000 or so people (out of the 13000 who took 4+ A levels in England [2]) would have achieved at least 4
