Tenancy Takeover - Coventry/Warwick

Hello! I'm Leila and I'm looking to see if anyone would like to takeover a room ensuite, shared kitchen, in Albany Student Village in Coventry as I'll be going to another university. There is a gym, game room and movie theatre.

Roughly £165 per a week as its £660 a month.
It's a 17 min walk to the Coventry Station, 25 min walk to the Coventry University, and 39 min to Warwick. There are of course public transport as well.

This is a tenancy takeover! Available from 20th
march
The rent on the official website is £123 a week but as
I got a deal last year for rebooking it is only £99 a
week. Please read everything on the ad.

The location is 1 min walk from the city center and
some grocery shops near by also a 24h nisa next
door
The accommodation has small events every week
ike free food and fun games. Sometimes you car
even win prizes
When it comes to the people you share the kitchen
with it changes on the amount of people as people
move out or in but normally the max I have had so far
is 5-6 people.
But as we have a WhatsApp group chat the kitchen
stays clean and everyone respects each other and
their space
