Does anyone know the acceptance rate for the Hons Degree Computer Science course for UHI, thanks.

Not for that specific course, no. UCAS shows that for "Computing" generally, there were 90 "main scheme" applications for 2022 entry, of which 25 were accepted. What we don't know is what happened to those other 65 applications. Perhaps they didn't result in an offer? Perhaps they received an offer, but opted not to select it as their firm / insurance choice? Perhaps they received an offer, firmed that offer, but then missed the grade requirement? We don't know, unfortunately.

What's perhaps more interesting is the fact that in addition to those 25 accepted applicants, they also has 120 accepted applicants who did not apply via "the main scheme". I believe that this means they applied directly through Clearing - but I'm not 100% sure.
