Uni switch wk 11/13 Semester 1 - Student Finance have paid £2,166.

WHERE I'M AT
I was a student at Queen's University Belfast until last Monday when I was forced to take a medical leave of absence at week 11 of 13 until Sept 2024.
I was doing MA Philosophy.
After issues there Ii don't want to go back at all.

WHERE I WANT TO BE
I will switch to UHI (University of the Highlands and Islands)
I'll be starting their Viking Studies MLitt starting in Sept 2024.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CHECK MY MATHS HERE!!
Queen's have been paid ⅓ of my Tuition Loan £2,166 for semester 1 which i didn't finish leaving me with £4,333. (Our maximum loan in Northern Ireland is £6,500)
The fees at UHI are £5,256
I have to pay £933 myself now at UHI.

WHAT CAN I DO?
Is there anything j can do to get some of my tuition loan back because I couldn't finish the semester, nor submit the final portfolio work?
Can i recover the 2 weeks I am now not a student?
