It is Sunday and time to complete this weekend with a last poll. We need it and all people and animals on earth do this: sleep. We need it to regain our fitness, powers and energy to start in the new day and to rest after exhausting things in everyday life.

Questions to the poll:

Have you ever had such a fatigue being able to lay down on bed and to sleep in no time?

Were you ever woken up by a noise and couldn't sleep anylonger?
Did you have ever stay a whole night up?
Can you sleep well when you are at another place far from home
(hotel for instance)?

Can you remember your dreams when you wake up?

No panicking! the poll is on the way. The staff makes it clear - hopefully!

@Kallisto - my TSR has been dodgy with the new updates, kindly bear with me.

Have you ever had such a fatigue being able to lay down on bed and to sleep in no time?
Definitely. It has occurred in the past.

Were you ever woken up by a noise and couldn't sleep any longer?
Yes. An unusual noise can be uncomfortable

Did you have ever stay a whole night up?
Yes, but it was a difficult next day of trying to stay awake.

Can you sleep well when you are at another place far from home (hotel for instance)?
Yep. Like a baby

Can you remember your dreams when you wake up?
Not really.

What do you mean with 'new updates' exactly?

Let me guess: you have been at a party for too long and has to wake up early the next day, right?

Have you ever had such a fatigue being able to lay down on bed and to sleep in no time?
Yes

Were you ever woken up by a noise and couldn't sleep any longer?
Been woken up by a noise on a few occasions but have been able to go back to sleep.

Did you have ever stay a whole night up?
Yes

Can you sleep well when you are at another place far from home (hotel for instance)?
Depends, if the bed is uncomfortable then it's more difficult.

Can you remember your dreams when you wake up?
No

Did you already have at least once sleep in an unconfortable bed when you were away from home?
Have you ever had such a fatigue being able to lay down on bed and to sleep in no time?
Yes.

Were you ever woken up by a noise and couldn't sleep any longer?
Yes, when I am woken by a loud noise or a dog I'm looking after I never go back to sleep.

Did you have ever stay a whole night up?
Yes, every week I have to work at least 3 days without any sleep.

Can you sleep well when you are at another place far from home(hotel for instance)?
Sometimes.
Depends how noisy, clean, safe and comfortable the conditions are.
Can't sleep if there is a pest control problem or the majority of the carpets and towels are dirty.

Can you remember your dreams when you wake up?
Rarely.
Whenever I do remember dreams that I had since the age of 11, the dreams are never anything pleasant.
Usually means something is about to go very wrong or my subconscious is warning me that someone untrustworthy is lurking around.

This is what they say we need but remember that everyone is completely different from one another when it comes to sleeping.

How many hours of sleep are enough for good health?
Age group Recommended amount of sleep
3 to 5 years 10 to 13 hours per 24 hours, including naps
6 to 12 years. 9 to 12 hours per 24 hours
13 to 18 years 8 to 10 hours per 24 hours
Adults 7 or more hours a night

Nice facts, thank you. But of course this poll refers to adults. I personally need at least 6 hours to recover for the next day, seven are better.

Three days without sleep in a week? is that not healt-damaging? either you have really a hard sleep or a stressful job.

Yes, a few times actually.

Same here. When a friend and me have missed the last train on the road to home, I had to sleep in my friend's flat, but not in a bed, but on a couch. Have you ever slept on a couch? that is very unconfortable.
Were you ever woken up by a noise and couldn't sleep any longer?

Yes. That has happened several times, annoyingly. Boyracers, fireworks and all manner of other things have disrupted my sleep before.

Did you have ever stay a whole night up?

I have had sleepless nights on several occasions. The most recent occasion involved me finishing a bunch of uni work, which I knew was a bad idea since I had a six hour lab session starting the following morning (though somehow I still managed regardless, but I did need to just crash for several hours once I got back to my accommodation).

Can you sleep well when you are at another place far from home (hotel for instance)?

I guess it really depends. I don’t get homesick, but if the environment is especially unpleasant for whatever reason, I won’t sleep well there.

Can you remember your dreams when you wake up?

I can, but usually they are uneventful and I forget them maybe like a day or two later.

Edit: oops, missed one:

Have you ever had such a fatigue being able to laydown on bed and to sleep in no time?

Yes - many times. See my answer to the question about whether I’ve stayed up whole nights before.

If you look at the information you'll see adults needing 7 hours plus per night but the information obviously covers all the age groups.
