Are you eligible to do phD in University of Melbourne with UK 3 year Honours Degree

I wanted to study at University of melbourne my phD studies, but I have a 3 year honours degree from Kingston University, UK. Hence, most of the UK Degrees are 3 years, will I be eligible to apply?

They said that UniMelb can't consider UK 3years degree as Honours degree and it has to be 4 years degree. :/

Okay, so just like UK unis, they'd want you to be at masters level before starting a PhD.
