Looking for Tenant Replacement at Eleanor Rosa House

Hii, I am currently looking for a full time enrolled student studying at a publicly funded University in London.

Eleanor Rosa House, which is ideally located in the heart of Stratford, is the ideal choice for student housing in East London.

Regardless of where you are studying, Stratford Station offers a variety of transport options into central, west, north and south London.

While not studying, you can enjoy the world-class athletic facilities at the Olympic Park, the incredible retail options at Westfield Stratford, or the lush green areas of Victoria Park and Hackney Marshes. When not studying, the area's assortment of eateries, pubs, and cafes provide the ideal setting for unwinding.

This Standard Single en-suite room is furnished with everything you need to move in:

small double bed with a mattress
spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin
drawers, shelves, wardrobe
two sets of roller blinds (regular and blackout)
Wi-Fi is included as standard for all your study needs.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a mirror with a storage facility and integrated socket for shavers.

Each bedroom is part of a flat with a shared kitchen (on average sharing between 6 people). You will be able to cook your meal or have dinner parties with your flatmates. The kitchens come with a cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and plenty of lockable storage. There is also a dining room table and a seating area.

The room is offered on a 50-weeks contract. But you will take the contract here on from December.
