Placement year and ECs
Hi. Got a question whether legitimate ECs might affect my opportunity to do placement year. One of my family members is sick and I might have to miss an exam looking after them. I know they would grant me a summer refferal for sure, but I recently received an offer from cruk to do a placement with them next year. I 'm incredibly scared to lose the position cause my grades would arrive later due to referral (August or so) and position starts in September. Most their positions ask you for 2:1 so grades are important. My other grades are fine, all in range. What do I do? Is it a risk and has anyone been in the same position?
