Calculation how to calculate staining percentage for EVOS imaging
Staining – DAPI, PI AND Rhodamine 123. After the seeding, drug removal aspirate all the content, how much staining added in 50 ml falcon. 120 microlitres of stain in 12ml of media. That should allow you to work how much percentage stain is added. You put the stain in, it was solid form, stock solution was frozen and ready, report concentration of the stock solution. E.g., x percent in DAPI in media (that x percent is volume/volume and I need the concentration of what that DAPI original solution was. The stock solution is 1mg per ml in DMSO.
