How do you calculate the final degree grade?

How do you calculate the final percentage.
My grades are as follows:
First year: 57.91%
Second Year: 57.59%
Third Year: still waiting.
but percentages are:
56.90 % 40 credits:
56% 20 credits:
43.25% 20 credits:
50.00& 20 credits:
53.25% 20 credits.
My uni calculate it as 30% second year, 70% third year with a 2:1 being 59.5%

No module is over 60 so even without calculation it looks like a 2ii to me.

Thanks that's what I was thinking so something like 55.
