Head mixed things about this one with it being in the same tier as Durham, Edinburgh, and Warwick but then sometimes on the same level as lesser-ranked places like Southhampton, Sussex etc. Where would you place Bristol on a prestige ranking?

look at your individual subject department at each of the four choices
but overall, internationally, it ranks highly
( moreso in general than Warwick and Durham due to volume and quality of research)
Southampton is not really in the same bracket as Sussex overall- it is higher

look at your department
look at the course structure
how would you describe your interests
- do they align with module options?

don’t think it’s enough for prestige or lustre to rub off onto you but rather how are you going to apply yourself to be a brilliant student wherever you go
