Why is DPD sooo bad?

I almost always have issues with them!

They're mostly all the same tbh, imo there's a big disconnect between what management/corporate offers and what the blue collar operators are able to actually fulfil, esp if sticking to the rules. Many drivers are on 0 hour or casual contracts which does little to inspire loyally or going that extra mile to reach a customer and they know that most courier places have essentially moved to a model where you can't effectively complain, Amazon is the prime example of this, near impossible to talk to them directly and when you make a complaint they generally don't actually log it, and just give a token 'sorry for inconvenience' blurb, no consequences.

I'm curious if the pavement parking ban being spoke about will ever because a reality, as a large % of drivers will quit that day and a lot of addresses just kinda won't get stuff any more.
