Students who wish to terminate their Licence Agreement and move out of Residences have to find a replacement occupier who has been approved by the team (at our absolute discretion) and who is not already in one of King’s Residences, they must be a current Kings student to take up the remainder of your licence agreement. Please note, if there are less than 30 days left on the contract then unfortunately, another student will not be able to take over the remainder of the contract and you will remain liable for the fees up until the end date of the contract.
