Questionnaire help :D

Hello I'm new to the forum, can't believe I've only just founds this site it's brilliant. I've been looking round and I have noticed a lot of questionnaire help has been posted on this forum so fingers crossed you won't mind helping me!

I would be so grateful if you could spare a few minutes to fill in my questionnaire! It's just 9 quick questions to give me an insight in to your educational decisions, so as much information as you are willing to give me will be brilliant! My main focus is students between the ages of 17 and 25 and experiencing university for the first time.
