I got 0.3 J but I don't know if its right

I found the extension by using the formula f=kx solving for x
x= 0.2

then i used e= 1/2kx^2

e = 1/2*15*02 = 0.3 J

Yes, that's the correct answer. See the marking scheme at http://filestore.aqa.org.uk/resources/physics/AQA-74072-SMS.PDF (last page).

I got A - 0.3J but i did it slightly differently to hellomynameisr

On the formula sheet E = 1/2 * F * extension
and
F = k * extension

so by subbing in:

E = 1/2 * F2 /k

so 1/2 * 32 / 15 = 0.3
