Not very much at all. Typical politician is white middle-class and male.
It is increasingly becoming more representative of society, particularly with the influx of women, in an attempt to rally the women voter behind each respective party, but the truth of the matter is, a representative parliament isn't necessarily a good thing, you are making divisions in parliament through representation. If we wanted to be truly democratic and more representative we would have introduced proportional representation! :colondollar:

No problem - unfortunately yes, I do!
Not for much longer though, thankfully, I found AS a walk in the park but political ideologies of A2 are a killer.
Very tedious indeed.

Fire away, I don't have a specific rolling programme of revision, I hardly revise to tell you the truth though I am starting to now.
I just revise the weakest elements of my knowledge of specific areas and hope for the best. :colondollar:

Is it really that difficult? (I personally don't find it difficult, but I do not know how to revise for it unless I have a topic I know is coming, which I get reasonable grades in)
Not very, but when you see the Great British public at large you realise that you really don't want their views to be represented.

Haha well, AS wasn't difficult. I only have experience of AQAs specification.
The A2 moduals on Conservatism, Fascism, Liberalism and Socialism were very challanging and I still am finding it difficult to revise for them, the exam questions are just seemingly unrelated to the specification which makes anwering them reallt difficult. I got an A last year overall and this year I am hoping to get 2x Bs to come out with an A overall! We will see.

Oooh well done for the A, and good luck for the 2 B's,
we use Edexcel, so hopefully ain't that hard. I just find it really difiicult to revise for this Subject which is quite depressing :frown:
What you hoping to go into, when at Uni?

Well I've applied for law, I'm looking at going to Sheffield/QMUL.
Edexcel is widely considered to be less difficult than AQA so you're in a good position, at least better than me :frown:
