AQA government and politics AS question

What kind of questions can be asked about Civil Service being permant, netural and anonymous? It is in our unit two notes and specification, but I have no idea what questions they could ask relating to them apart from a defination.

i don't know what i'vedone with my unit 2 past papers but they could ask something like 'are civil servent becoming increasingly political' or a question about the level of power they have in government or which you'd talk about how they are permanent and have a greater knowledge of the particualr field they work in, they can choose what to tell the ministers (because they advise them), they will would have worked with each other for ages and so the departments might be more loyal to mandarins then the ministers etc. or 'civil servents advise ministers decide' discuss etc :smile:
