M1 - Newton's Laws
I know it's a really simple question, but my textbook has no answers at the back and my teacher is marking my exercise book, so I have no way of seeing if I do it correctly or not. 
I have a rough idea of how to go about doing this, but I don't want to do it wrong. What should I do?

What forces are acting? So this will allow you to calculate 'F'.

I tried:
- 10 - 9.8= 0.2
- 0.2/5 = 0.04
That doesn't seem right.
and they've given you a, now plug it all it
