Yup, my smilies are hosted on an old photobucket account that I have no other use for :biggrin:

Members can indirectly. If you post in the Ask A Mod forum requesting for certain smilies to be added, pig (the admin that does most of the maintenance on the site) can add them (at his own discretion) with the AdminCP. I've had a few requests to find some smilies, and will be giving pig a small list once I've found them :biggrin:
