how to study in norway- filling out the application form problems

I'm looking to apply to Uib to do med. I've completed a biomedical degree (honours 1st class) in Australia, but I'm not sure which application I need to fill out.
Also can some clarify how they rank you as a foreign student e.g. whether they look at your uni grades, high-school grades or a combination of the two?
I emailed the uni but they just sent an email back with the info posted on their uni website (wasn't a useful response).
Any info about the above or Norwegian med schools in general would be greatly appreciated.

for the 3p do i have to call them on a landline? and whats in it for them? and it says whats in red i have to fill in so for the degree stuff should i just put n/a? or do u think its best if i just phone the ****ers up?
You could get an international phone card for a couple pounds or something
