OCR ELS sentencing q help!

Was doing some past questions for the English Legal System paper and did this question:
Bryn, who is 17 yrs old, has been convicted of the serious offence of robbery. He has several previous convictions for theft and has previously been fined, given a supervision order and been subject to a curfew whilst electronically tagged.
Explain what factors are likely to be taken into account when sentencing Bryn and what sentence he is likely to be given.

In the mark scheme is says:
"He has entered a not guilty plea so would not receive any discount for a guilty plea"

I am probably being really stupid but how do we know that he has entered a not guilty plea? I cant see that anything in the questions suggest that!
Any help would be appreciated :colondollar:
