A2 Salters coursework: Iodine clock catalyst?

Chosen the Iodine clock investigation involving Hydrogen peroxide and iodide ions.

H2O2(aq) + 3I-(aq) + 2 H+(aq) ---> I3-(aq) + 2 H2O(aq)

Wanted to know what a suitable catalyst for this reaction would be. Did some looking around and read about transition metal ions but was wondering if anyone is already aware of a catalyst that works well.

thankss.

That could be one of the things to investigate in your investigation, are you saying transition metal ions are catalysts for this reaction?
