Aponerosis and Intermediate tendons

I have not been able to find a clear answer anywhere for the following two questions
1)what is an intermediate tendon
2) what is an aponerosis tendon

Chairman Mao is right about aponeuroses. They're basically the same as other tendons - but are broad and flat instead. A good example is how the trapezius inserts into the scapula.

Intermediate tendons are much rarer and are basically tendons that connect muscles together. Not like the transverse, flat tendons in the rectus abdominis - but more like the thin, rope-like tendon connecting the digastric muscles and the hyoid bone, which can be seen being touched here. (warning: cadaver pic).
