Precision - in chemistry/physics

hi all,

i have a pipette of 1ml with error of 0.01ml
i want to measure 1ml of a solution and dilute it by a factor of 10,000

this solutions contains 100 parts of a solution per million

method:

if i use the pipette to mesure out the solution and put it into a 1L volumetric falsk and filled with water, now i take 100ml out of this and put into another 1L flask and fill with water.

so the error caused just by the measurement of the pipette is how many parts per million????

is there a more precise pipette i can use that may be found in my science resource room

thanks
