Problems with Parental Information

I have submitted my application for student finance, and I'm currently in the process of sending off my birth certificate evidence, and getting my mum to send in financial information.

They were supposed to send an email to my mum telling her how to do this etc., but an email hasn't arrived (it's been a few weeks), and my mum isn't able to set up an account on SF because it claims her information is already in use.

What am I supposed to do?

We recommend your mother calls us on 0300 100 0607 so we can assist her with supporting your online application.

We are open 8am - 8pm during the week, and 9.00am - 4.00pm at the weekend.

Mark, is there any way I can get the financial information forms for parents to fill in to be sent via post to my house?
