Account details don’t match - supporting an application

I cannot support my daughter’s application for finance - error that ‘information does not match’.

Turns out my daughter did not enter my middle name on her account - but when I set my supporting account up, I entered my middle name… so the details don’t match!
Cannot see any way for either her or me to change my name to match - HELP PLEASE SFE??!

Hi there, if the details provided by the student don’t match with their sponsor(s) e.g., middle name has been included or excluded, the sponsor may be unable to link to the student’s application online and land on the following page: We then advise getting them to do the PFF2 form instead. This can be digitally uploaded onto your account and updates in an estimated 13 working days: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/65afcca870218e000cb41f9a/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf Thanks, Jason

Thanks Jason - I completed the form but could not upload it to my own account, as the upload button was greyed out, so I got my daughter to upload it to her account, is that ok?? Really don’t want to delay the process!

Hi there,

You can upload this to her account and it will be processed accordingly. Thanks, Jason
