Haha, 'tis true! Haven't watched all of them, sadly  But has been good fun! Godzilla was okay - quite predictable and generic american-patriotic sort of  Always good to see giant monsters fighting though  (Pacific Rim was much better though - if you haven't seen that then you MUST!)
Uni work being revision for exams, sorry  Got exams 30th 'til the 11th - then I'm free!! Thanks
Ah okay  wow! Lotta sleep
Ouch, seriously? That's just mean and hurtful. Glad he got moved! Good  Haha - not too much stress for it then?
Hehe awesome! Got skyrim a while ago and still yet to play it too :holmes: I blame steam sales  Got a lot of star wars games to play through, though :teeth: Might go camping with friends, and parents are going to spain - but I think I'd rather stay here.
Ah that's cool! Always find psychology-stuff really interesting  I'm first year maths, currently! :woo:

No not at all! Hope you're still doing okay!

Did you end up seeing Dallas Buyers Club out of interest? :holmes: I've heard very, very mixed reviews about Godzilla so you saying it was 'okay' sums it up in a word. Pacific Rim is rated reasonably well. Might have to give it a watch on your recommendation :') Oh wow okay; your exams are pretty late compared to mine. 11th June and then off till September or so?

Lots and lots of sleep :colone: It's absolutely brilliant just being able to sleep normally. It's something people take for granted.
Yeah, Like I was physically shaking after one verbal attack on me and I've been on the end of alot of verbal bullying and none of it ever made me physically shake  It was that unstressful I looked forward to the exam. Ah good ole' steam. Many a gamer's weakness :') Doesn't help that Skyrim will take up alot of your time to truely get into it. Camping with friends sounds like an awesome, awesome idea if I'm honest  Psychology is incredibly interesting - not that I'm bias or anything towards my own subject  Maths...Rather you than me if I'm honest :') Aslong as you're enjoying it though that's what matters.

Am now on citalopram. Hoping this is more effective than what I was on previously. Anyone who has any experience of it mind telling me anything to look out for or what to expect? I've been told not to take it before bed due to nightmares and stuff.

I absolutely hated being on it. Like Snowflake's friend; I ended up being dangerously suicidal on it. I didn't have any other side-effects though, just the one incredibly dangerous side-effect. Just make sure you have someone looking out for you?

Original post by .snowflake.
I've had a friend who was suicidal on citalopram, but is okay on sertraline.
ngl, jealous of anyone who doesn't get tremors/ teeth chattering off their anti d's though.

You're not alone with the muscle thing. Glad I'm not the only one who gets them.

Spoiler

I hope the presentation went ok!

I'm not too great :frown:... stressed because of final exams and essays and generally low, which isn't helping.

How are you?

Omg I'm far too late in replying to this! Been pretty busy for the last few days so I haven't replied :colondollar:.

The presentation did go fairly well, got 20/40 for it which was a pass and 2 marks off a merit .

Oh ok, how are you feeling now? :lovehug: I've been feeling kinda low recently too which isn't good, and been living at home again for the last few days.

Oh thank god it isn't just me that shakes all the time!

I have so much energy/ motivation to do stuff, and i seem to cope being round people a LOT better.
In january I was having to pick 3 big things to do a day, otherwise I'd get overwhelmed. I've managed to do 7 revision related big things today.

Nuh-uh. I take my AD'S at night so I get them more just after taking it which is damn annoying when trying to sleep.

Sadly I can't rep you again but I would if I could :') That's absolutely amazing progress in 5/6 months

dude, this has happened in about 3 weeks.... (thank god for sertraline...)

Thanks :hugs: Me too.

Glad it's not too weird :s-smilie: Thank you :jumphug: No, I know I shouldn't stop trying, but sometimes feels as though it might slow me a bit :dontknow: Particularly with the self-help book thing the MH dude gave me.

Oh okay :s-smilie: :console: Don't completely know - would say Odd's advice seems good - try to just talk normally/avoid more personal conversation like that until you know them better?

Thanks :hugs: Think it's mostly that, yeah :s-smilie: Found I always get like this with any stress, then when that stress goes I just go back to low mood/vague anxiety until the next situation comes alone :dontknow: That's my current theory, anyway :s-smilie: will see how it goes after exams. Thanks, same to you :hugs:

Yeah :console: I find that I'm often not aware of quite how stressed I am too, so I hope that things really do improve for you when exams are over. Remember to take one day at a time. You are lovely and I have total faith in you :hugs:

I'm alright at the moment, my sertraline has kicked in (thank god). Been to see my tutor this afternoon just to let him know about that and special circs and all that jazz. Apparently 'I look the happiest I've ever been'

Glad you're feeling better and sertraline seems to be doing it's job!
I feel taking-on-the-world awesome. Saw my old study coach, gave him his thank-you-for-saving-my-dissertation present, which he loved, had nice long chat, everybody thinks my occupational therapist plan is awesome and doable and awesome!

Statement of intent: I plan to get into uni, study the **** out of this degree, and get a first.

Thanks  Yeah :s-smilie: Will have a bit of a break now then go do some work/questions, try and keep having breaks to the ducks or something in between
I don't know why counselling and people haven't said stuff like that before! That helps, thank you :hugs:

Good.

Possibly because they're not as awesome and coherent as me? :dontknow:

I'm slowly coming off my manic episode but after I absconded from the ward the team have organised a mental health act assessment. They said they are 100% confident I will be detained :frown:

How is everyone else doing?

Posted from TSR Mobile

:hugs: Yay for coming out of the episode, not so yay for the mental health act assessment. :console: I can come on skype if you want to talk anything over?

Been feeling absolutely horrible about everything :frown: I have a horrible stutter, I can't even order from McDonalds anymore because the salesperson keeps asking me to repeat what I ordered which made me feel so embarrassed, so much that I wanted to cry, my parents are making me feel crappy, all in all today is definitely not my best day :frown:

:console: I hate days like that. Nothing embarrassing about having a stutter though, it's only your self-perception that's making you feel bad. If you can communicate with people and they get the message after a minute, that's great. If you can't, then there are specialists who can help. But don't go beating yourself up for not being perfect. :nah:

Occupational therapy! I plan to make it my vocation. :excited: And yeah, Russian to that is a bit of a leap, but not completely. Still all about learning new skills, communicating with people, going into scary new places and all that.

Just in time for exam season. Sertraline couldn't have chosen a better time to work

Big hugs hun :jumphug:

furryface is a nice name though. It makes me think of kittens :gah: :h:

I'm OK thanks. Hiding from Dad in case he makes me go to the gym, but otherwise fine

How are you, lovely? :lovehug:

:console: Hope he didn't drag you there! :shakecane: Was not too bad earlier but feeling pretty terrible now. :sigh:

Oh no hun! :jumphug:

I've actually got to go offline now to help my mum with her reports (takes her too long to type them into the spreadsheet, so I do it instead for her  ), but will be back later? You can text in the meantime :console:

Nah, I considered it, but I haven't even been to any open days yet (got them booked now though). I'll wait till next year, and in the meantime I'm gonna do all of the learning.
