I've just completed my A-Levels in 2014. I achieved 3 B's in Geography, Spanish and English Literature.

I'm currently taking a gap year and would like to apply in 2015. The question is, I'm interested in an International Relations Degree and Uni of Birmingham which has ABB as their typical entry requirements.

Is there any way I may still be considered if i apply through UCAS?

Well they can't consider you if you don't apply! If you have your heart set on Birmingham then apply, and make sure that your other choices are more in line with the grades that you are getting.
