Committee: Security Council
Proposed by: Republic of Turkey

Deeply concerned by the rapid growth of the terrorist group I.S.I.S in Iraq and Syria and the threat it brings to other countries in the region,
Welcoming the growing global support of the destruction of this terrorist group,
Taking into account the other Al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist groups in most of the Middle East which need to be removed to stabilise the region,
Fully believing a strong military presence on the ground followed by a restructuring of Iraq and Syria, politically and financially will empower the region, and remove the fuel these terrorists group live on.

1. Authorizes 10,000 Turkish troops, 15 jets, 5,000 local police officers, and 750 government advisers and economists, to be deployed within Northern Syria and Iraq.

2. Expresses its hope that this would gain control of all villages and towns seized, locate and destroy all bases, use the police officers to keep the peace and ensure justice in gained territory, and train and impose new practical economic policies in local communities to offer alternatives to picking up arms.

3. Asks the international community to contribute 20,000+ troops, 1,000+ specialised police officers, and 2500+ government advisers and economists.

4. Notes that this strategy may take many years and a lot of money for this to succeed

5. Trusts that this proposed plan may provide everlasting real stability in the region.
Madagascar commends this idea from Turkey, and Turkey's offer of resources. Madagascar wonders though whether this would be sufficient to achieve all that Turkey hopes that it will achieve, and whether Turkey has an estimate for the time span that the troops would need to be deployed for? As whilst Madagascar agrees that this would certainly take many years, any countries volunteering troops / personnel, will want to have a budget and a withdrawal strategy. How does Turkey imagine the withdrawal of this many troops, as Madagascar is also concerned that peace and stability may be achieved whilst troops are present, but may be rapidly lost once troops withdraw from the areas.

Terrorism is negative act.
USA has their own military to protect their nation. But, will also take charge and keep full security to keep USA and Sri Lanka safe.
Every single person in the country will be announced through media, radio, social networks and etc..to keep alert and be aware of terrorists.

Turkey admires the comments brought up by Madagascar, and we're willing to address them.

Firstly, Turkey has made this grand request to grasp the attention of global leaders in a bid to begin serious talks with serious countries, about specific details of this final solution, including budget, troop deployment, and exit strategy, to be frank we expect a time span between 10 - 15 years which is not ideal, but, this resolution could produce the results we have been looking for, for decades.

Secondly, this resolution is going to put an emphasis on the citizens on the ground with the police officers, providing justice and security, as well as economists and government advisers which would produce viable economic policies and sustainable methods for local communities to lift them out of poverty and give them no reason to join extremists groups, while training councilors on good governance, as well as training locals to police their own streets, and fight against terrorists when the troops are withdrawn. So this plan considers all factors.

I hope is up to Madagascars' satisfaction if it feels this is not a good enough explanation, feel free to ask.
