I'd wipe my own away too.I can kinda cope with the mh pain, but when painkillers dont even touch physical pain it makes it all a million times worse

Just a thought, and not something I know much about, but have you looked into those TENS machines that work somehow through electricity? Not a clue whether it'd be relevant to you, but if painkillers don't work for you then it's worth talking over with your GP or pharmacist at least.
