A2 AQA Biology Help (HSW questions)

Does anyone have like a method of answering the how science works questions and get full marks? I am really struggling with it this year, more so than last year. I got a B at AS and in my monthly assessments at college I have been getting like Ds. I'm completely fine with everything we learn, I find it relatively easy, but when it comes to the HSW questions, I'm screwed!!
