The answer is supposed to be 3313\frac{3\sqrt{3}}{13}
I can't figure out where I'm wrong.

In your T=Iθ¨T=I\ddot{\theta} about G, it should be Rlsin30Flcos30Rl\sin 30-Fl\cos 30 on the LHS.

Edit2: Minus sign added as F acts in the opposite direction to theta increasing.

That does give the right answer if you work it through.
