you need to account for all the possibilities that y+z=3 and y*z is even a good tree diagram would be a good idea-the probabilities are independent so just multiply and look at which ones give y+z=3 and y*z=even.

There are three possibilities for both variables so you need a tree diagram with three branches(accounting for the possibilities of one variable) with three branches coming off each branch(accounting for the possibilities of the other variable as there three possibilities for the second variable for each possibility of the first variable).
