Chemistry Question - How Can I Mix Various Powders But Have Equal Dosage Each Time?

Basically I am making a Pre-Workout

I am mixing variety of powders (Caffiene, Beta-Alanine, L-Algerine, Taurine, ect.), I want to combine them all in a tub. Like a normal PreWorkout, so I can scoop.

Each dosage for consumption should be something similar too -

0.3g Caffiene
5g Beta
4g Cit
4g L-Algerine
4g Taurine
.......................

But if I simply mix the powders per say a tub to have 20 doses (20 x dosages stated), it won't be an equal mix every scoop, e.g. if the caffiene shifts to the middle for whatever reason and I scoop and end up with 1g of caffiene, I'm going to have a bad time.

Advice please, how to the manufactures do it?

P.S - Currently I am placing them into baggies, so each baggie contains the appropriate dose.
