can someone help please

please can someone help me with these questions,
1) The wheels of a car have an effective diameter of 55cm. the car is travelling at a speed of 80km h^-1. what is the angular speed of the wheels in radian s^-1?

2) A typical washing machine tub, of diameter 42cm, spins at 1000 rpm. find

a) the angular velocity of the tub,
b) the speed of a point on the rim of the tub.

3) A clock has a second hand that is 8cm long, a minute hand that is 7cm long and an hour hand that is 5.5cm long. assuming that the hands turn steadily, without jerkiness, calculate the angular velocity and speed of the tip of each hand.

1) a man sitting in a stationary boat throws a 1.0kg rock horizontally out of the boat at 10ms^-1. if the total mass of the man and the boat is 125 kg, how fast will the boat move in the opposite direction to the rock?

2) An ice hockey puck of mass 165g has a velocity 2.25 ms^-1 (in the positive direction) when it collides with with an identical puck moving at 4.75 ms^-1 in the opposite (negative) direction. if the first puck has a final velocity of -4.25 ms^-1, calculate the final velocity of the second puck. is this an elastic or inelastic collision?

3)The nozzle of a fire hose has a cross sectional area 5.6 x 10^-4 m^2 and shoots water at a rate of 8.4 x 10 m^3s^-1. Find the momentum of the water leaving the hose, if water has a density of 1000 kgm^-3 (to 2 s.f.).

Hi, we can try and help people who are having difficulty understanding how to tackle questions... But we aren't a homework doing service.

Traditionally people show how far they've got so we can see where they are stuck and need help. E.g. They may be able to work out the rpm of the car wheel but have got stuck converting it to radians/sec.
