We've been over them before pet, the main one being whether it is sensible/the right time for you to leave behind the one thing/place that is a constant/familiar and still connects you to your family and memories of family life/growing up in happier times

I have my uses The only thing I would insist upon is that you let it as a house share, with live-in land lady, so you retain the right to use it as your base, to evict tenants at short notice (if you opt for lodgers agreements over more formal tenancies), and do not find yourself landed with a huge capital gains tax bill should you ever wish to realise the asset

Bless your heart I generally smash interviews but it would be fitting to be there for each other as we enter new chapters in our lives, for sure. Your absence/refusal to see me at/on my graduation is still a source of regret
