AS Chemistry moles and gases homework help!

Hi,

I'm struggling with where to start with this homework problem and I was wondering whether someone could explain to me how to do it or point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Yh, you just +1 to the mole count then divide by 12 (due to the relation with carbon), differentiate your expression and multiply by infinity

I could be wrong but...

I think its 0.1 grams of Hydrogen

1.2/12 * 2

How many mol of Mg do you start with? 1.2/24(.3)

How many mol of H2 will form? 1:1 Mg:h:2 i.e. 1.2/24(.3)

What vol. forms? V = n x 24.0 = 1.2/24(.3) x 24 = 1.2 (ish) dm3
