I want a part time job but I have social anxiety

I want to try and build my confidence as well as have experience in work, but I don't know if I can or what job would suit me

You will have to get over it somehow. You can either just jump in and get a very social job like retail or waitering, etc. Or you can try to slowly build up your confidence by finding more manual jobs like cleaning or warehouse operative where there is not a lot of socialising involved although that may not work.
Retail is good, because you don't have too talk to people the first few weeks if you just tell your manager your not confident on the tills yet. You can do stock, cleaning up and that sort of thing. And you will be surprised how putting on a professional act at work will help

It could be worth volunteering at a charity shop for a couple of months. That'll give you a better idea of whether you can cope or not, and they're likely to be more understanding if you decide you can't make a shift for whatever reason. It'll also give you some experience to talk about when looking for jobs.
