Does anyone have experience of using a slendertone abs belt? I have a 30inch waist (male) but my stomach is a little bit flabby and I was thinking the slendertone might help along with some crunches help flatten it out.
What belts do people use? The more expensive ones just seem to be a little bit gimmicky, will the basic model Abs5 orAbs3 do the job?
