Can someone label the blood vessels?

A - pulmonary artery B- vena cava D- pulmonary vein E- Aorta
C- not sure, to the head(in the throat) it the carotic artery, but to the arms its the branchial artery; shouldn't maybe just be aorta too?

C is brachiocephalic artery maybe? Pretty dodgy, as 1 artery doesn't supply both the head and the arms...

Wait it doesn't ask you to label the blood vessels, that'll be the reason why it's an inaccurate diagram
