Maintenance Loan + Uni Accommodation = DISASTER

Hi !
I just received my maintenance loan (what I will be getting), and its not even going to be enough for my accommodation... What am I going to do ? Any suggestions please :frown:

We do have bursaries and scholarships that you might be eligible to help cover the costs of accommodation. You can find information on our website: http://www.northampton.ac.uk/study/fees-and-funding/funding-your-study/. You can also email [email protected].

You could also contact our financial guidance team to see if there is any other support available. Their email address is [email protected].

Some students also work whilst they're studying, this could also be an option you might want to consider. We have an onsite recruitment agency for students called Unitemps. They help find current students and graduates jobs, part-time and full-time. There is also the opportunity to become a student ambassador which is ideal for some students as it's very flexible on a 0 hour contract, you can work when you want.
